Recently, WhatsApp new feature message yourself tested, which can be extremely useful for taking notes. The ‘Message Yourself’ function has already started to go out to users of the messaging platform. What you must do is as follows.
Similar to how you can do it on Slack, WhatsApp’s “Message Yourself” feature lets you compose notes, and to-do lists, and even send yourself reminders. Recall that earlier this month, the ability to message oneself for select Android beta users began to appear. And before this, the URL “wa.me/your number” allowed you to send a message to yourself.
Your contract will be at the top of the contact list, and selecting it will allow you to initiate communication with yourself. Your chat name will contain the suffix “You” next to your number. You won’t have to save your phone number initially in order to access your chats.
This makes it simpler to talk on any device because messages sent to yourself will also appear across the connected devices. This may also be helpful if you want to leverage multi-device support to transmit something to yourself from another device.
I don’t currently have access to the “Message Yourself” option on my iOS iPhone, however, it did appear on WhatsApp Web. According to WhatsApp, users of Android and iOS devices will be able to use the function in the upcoming weeks. Just wait for it if you don’t already have it.

Those who are used to taking notes for themselves may find this to be a really intriguing and practical WhatsApp feature. Please comment below with your opinions on it and let us know if you can put it to use.
